You are fully entitled to present, publish, sell, distribute, and monetize your generated presentations in academic, corporate, public, or commercial settings without paying royalties or attribution to PPTMaker.in.

PPTMaker claims zero copyright over the text, slide layouts, or custom diagrams synthesized for your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Platform Safeguards

Users agree to utilize PPTMaker.in in compliance with applicable local and international laws. You may not upload malicious executable scripts, defamatory material, or copyrighted content for which you do not possess legal authorization.

Automated abuse, unauthorized scraping, or programmatic denial-of-service attempts against our generation endpoints will result in immediate termination of account access.

• Commercial Rights: Unlimited commercial presentation, client delivery, and distribution rights.
• Service Availability: 99.9% uptime objective across all generation tools.
• Governing Law: Jurisdiction of Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and API access tokens.

3. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

PPTMaker.in is delivered on high-availability distributed cloud infrastructure. While we strive for 99.9% uninterrupted service, scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. PPTMaker is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from meeting delays or local hardware presentation failures.

4. Fair Usage Policy, API Safeguards & Generation Caps

To preserve optimal latency for all users, free accounts are subject to burst rate limiting of 5 presentation generations per hour. Pro subscribers receive unmetered access subject to human-interactive presentation workflows.

Programmatic reverse-engineering of our layout compilers or sharing account credentials across unauthorized enterprise clusters violates these terms and may result in immediate suspension.

• Single-User Account Integrity: Individual Pro plans are intended for a single designated operator.
• Team Licensing Options: Multi-seat corporate licenses available through enterprise@pptmaker.in.
• Arbitration: Binding dispute resolution conducted under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Bengaluru.
