At PPTMaker.in, privacy is an architectural foundation, not an afterthought. When you upload a document (PDF, Word, Excel, Image) or enter text, our servers hold that file strictly in volatile, encrypted server memory during active slide synthesis.

Within 24 hours of generation, all uploaded source documents, intermediate vector caches, and rendering files are permanently wiped from our systems via automated lifecycle scripts. We do not maintain unencrypted archival copies of your proprietary documents, lecture notes, or financial models.

2. Zero Public Foundation Model Training Guarantee

We explicitly guarantee that your uploaded business notes, financial models, research synopses, and generated presentations are NEVER used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or calibrate public artificial intelligence foundation models. Your competitive insights, unpublished academic research, and proprietary company metrics remain entirely yours.

Unlike consumer chatbots that store conversation histories to refine public algorithms, PPTMaker utilizes isolated enterprise API sandboxes where data retention by AI vendors is strictly contractually prohibited.
